Larry graduated from the Anthony Robbins Power to Influence Training when he was a Real Estate Broker and Vice President with ERA Network Real Estate. As a Member of the ERA team he developed the HomeBuyers Network program and created a Buyers Agent Program. He Earned his GRI from the California Association of Realtors and his CRS from the National Association of Realtors. He was one of the first Realtors in The State of California to earn the CBA designation (Certified Buyers Agent). He is honored to be among the distinguished real estate professionals listed in the Who's Who of Creative Real Estate Directory.

In 1977 Larry Co-founded Athletics for a New Age - in Boston Massachusetts - an alternative sports and play consultancy group which promoted and applied the Theories of The New Games Foundation. Athletics for a New Age was appointed a member of the Governors Council on Sports and Physical Fitness. In 1979 He became a staff member at the New Games Foundation in San Francisco.
